Top is die formed stainless steel
with all sides turned down for added strength. Top is stamped with individual 12 x 20 die
formed raised perimeter openings as required. Unit fitted with 7" deep water pan with
electric heaters as required. Steam heated has copper steam coil mounted in bottom of
tank. Heaters and steam are thermostatically controlled. Each unit is provided with a
single spout swivel faucet. Pans provided with 1" drain and overflow tube.
Top and pan are mounted on a
stainless steel all welded cabinet with stainless steel adjustable legs.
Protector cases are available if
required.
Pans and covers are available if
required.
