Body: Constructed of all type 304
stainless steel. The top is sloped for easy access to contents in cylinders. The tops are
die stamped holes to receive cylinders. All holes have a 3/16" lip turned in for
added strength and durability. All mobile enclosed units to have a 1" diameter type
302 stainless steel push handle.
Casters: The dispenser is
mounted on 5" diameter cadmium plated double bearing non-marking rubber tired
casters, (2) swivel, and (2) with brakes. Adjustable stainless steel legs, each with an
adjustable foot can be furnished upon request.
Bumpers: Dispensers are equipped with
replaceable corner bumpers.
Tray rail: Constructed of 1"
round type 304 stainless steel tubing, mounted on heavy duty type 304 stainless steel drop
brackets.
Cylinders: One piece, deep drawn with
no welded seams, of type 304 stainless steel. Cylinder walls are perforated to allow for
free flow of water, but will not allow flatware to fall through. Cylinders of same design
are also available in polyethylene or nylon.
