Frame & Body: The frame is
constructed of welded heavy gauge rust resistant steel. The body is constructed of type
304 stainless steel, fully enclosing the frame on all sides and top, with a stainless
steel base.
Dispensing mechanism: The dispensing
height of racks/trays is maintained at a constant level by using a spring mechanism
which guides the rack platform in tracks by the use of a bearing mechanism.
Dispenser: The unit is fitted with
two tubular dish dispensers constructed of type 304 stainless steel. The dispenser
consists of a spring rack with removable springs fitted with a top platform and dish
guides to align the dishes. A constant dispensing level shall be maintained by a properly
calibrated spring mechanism. Adjustment of the dispensing level shall be made by adding or
eliminating springs.
Bumpers: Dispenser shall be equipped
with corner bumpers.
Casters: The dispenser shall be
mounted on 5" diameter cadmium plated, double bearing non-marking rubber tired
casters, (2) swivel, and (2) with brakes.
